Reasonably clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful so close to Fujikawaguchiko and a nearby chinese restaurant and the lake and fantastic Mt Fuji. The a twin room was panoramic and neat with view on mount fuji- enormous. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including coffee, tea, croissants, and toast.

Luxury, spotless place, worth its 4 stars. The hotel is in the remote location by the lake. Top-class personnel is at the reception desk.

I had reasonably priced room with fuji view. The hotel was in a secluded setting in the restaurant where I had dinner. Moreover, it's so close to a beautiful lake at the back, the mountain, and public transport such as buses.
Some people working there were extremely unfriendly.

Comfortable location with parking on the grounds. Located minutes from the train station. A nice size and brand-new room, absolutely fantastic breakfast items.

The idea to include an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware in the japanese-style room was nice. The location in a very quite area was great and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

The staff are courteous and the room is extremely spacious with a spectacular view of the mt fuji. The breakfast is very very good with plenty of dishes. The hotel has a secluded location to the surrounding restaurants in the area.

Brand-new, neat rooms and good amenities. Unbelievable view from the window over the lake. Remote location short walk to convenience stores, the lake and the view of Fujisan, and a nearby chinese restaurant, quiet atmosphere.

The room was extremely spacious and absolutely gorgeous with an extremely comfy bed and a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom. The breakfast was very very good, with nice view of Fuji Mount and reasonably priced.
It was all superb.
